Look for Intuit’s® Cloud-Based Offerings at Upcoming Accounting Trade Shows

It’s almost summer, which means it’s Trade Show season for the accounting profession. Intuit® is participating in a number of shows across the United States with product demos, training sessions and experts on hand to help you discover new products and answer your questions. We’ll be showing our cloud-based solutions: QuickBooks® Online and Intuit Tax Online, as well as the latest versions of QuickBooks, Lacerte® and ProSeries®.

  1. Unfortunately these programs are not the professtional programs that the desktop version provides. They are nice for the one man show that travels a lot. I use my desktop version in a hosted environment. My clients love the ease of it and the flexability of it. I really wish that Inuit would go in that direction. The online version is someone else’s program and QuickBooks was built on Intuit’s ideas and I wish they would do that instead of moving forward with the online versions they have.

  2. Hello, Amy from Intuit here. Thank you so much for your comment. I do want to assure you that we are not abandoning the desktop and we are continuing to invest in that platform. We will also continue development on QuickBooks Online by adding additional features and enhancing the existing functionality. Our goal is to support our customers on the platform they prefer.
